Brussels Philharmonic VZW processes and uses personal data for 3 reasons:
1. Use of our services (legally: contractual basis)
For the purchase of tickets for our concerts in Flagey and Concertgebouw Brugge, we work together with our partners (www.flagey.be and www.concertgebouw.be) and we ask you to provide personal data. These data are used in order to be able to provide our services. A ticket for a performance is personal and data are necessary for:
The data are saved on secure servers belonging to our ticketing providers (www.ticketmatic.be for concerts in Flagey & www.ticketsbrugge.be for the concerts in Concertgebouw Brugge) or their suppliers. We will not combine these data with other personal data that we dispose of.
2. Communication (legally: legitimate interest)
When you send an e-mail or letter to us, it is possible that we will keep these messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal data which are relevant for the situation in question. This makes it possible to process your questions and respond to your request. The data are stored on our own secure servers. We will not combine these data with any other personal data that we possess.
3. Marketing (legally: consent)
Brussels Philharmonic VZW also makes use of personal data for marketing purposes. We regularly send information about our activities: via our monthly e-news, and twice per season by post. Anyone is free to subscribe and unsubscribe to these messages.
Brussels Philharmonic vzw does not transfer any personal data to other parties, unless this is necessary for achieving the above-described purposes.
